David Emerald Womeldorff is the Creator-in-Chief of the 3 Vital Questions® leadership frameworks proven to powerfully boost teamwork and productivity. Since the release of David’s bestselling book, The Power of TED* (*The Empowerment Dynamic) thousands of people and organizations have achieved breakthroughs by applying his self-leadership techniques and attending his seminars worldwide. Working in close collaboration, David and his wife and business partner Donna Zajonc MCC have developed the frameworks that form the basis of the engaging workplace fable, 3 Vital Questions:Transforming Workplace Drama. He and Donna are the co-founders of the Bainbridge Leadership Center.
Donna Zajonc is a Master Certified Coach and Director of Learning and Coaching Services for the 3 Vital Questions and Power of TED* work. Donna received a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Missouri and specialized in mental health nursing before turning her attention to public health policy and leadership development. She received a master’s degree in Public Affairs from the University of Oregon. Donna served three terms in the Oregon State Legislature and is author of The Politics of Hope: Reviving the Dream of Democracy.
Donna has had a full-time professional coaching practice since 1999. As business partner and collaborator, Donna co-facilitates workshops with her husband, David Emerald, author of 3 Vital Questions: Transforming Workplace Drama and The Power of TED*.
Debbie Hulbert comes from a diverse background that includes formal training in Anthropology and Sociology along with a corporate career in global internet marketing, communications, and design. She joined the TED* and 3VQ Team in 2005. Debbie is responsible for the design of our websites, marketing and training materials, and social media. Fully trained in both the TED* and 3VQ frameworks, she is a strong advocate for our customers, certified trainers, and team members. She received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound.
Alicia Burson brings a strong background in customer service and event management to the team. She excels at finding the simplest and most efficient ways to get projects done well and information organized. One of her key strengths is in streamlining work processes and procedures to improve customer service and the bottom line. While versed in marketing, logistics and design, her real passion is to see all the parts come together in a cohesive manner. Alicia believes “there is always a way to make things more effective” – think smarter not harder. She takes this mantra into everything she does in life.
Jennifer Herold is a Certified 3VQ Trainer and professional coach who specializes in leadership development. Her emphasis is on implementing skills and practices that draw forth courageous leadership and transform teams and cultures. In today’s complex marketplace, leaders are asked to meet increasingly difficult demands, where the speed of change and innovation are paramount. Jennifer brings her experience with 3 Vital Questions Facilitation and leadership coaching to her advocacy and leadership of our 3VQ Certified Trainer Community.
