Ann Sheu
Ann’s purpose in life is to empower entrepreneurs to lead a better business and live a better life. As a Professional EOS Implementer and certified 3 Vital Questions trainer, Ann is passionate about sharing EOS & 3VQ with open minded and growth-oriented leadership teams. In addition to being an entrepreneur since 2004, Ann has 15 years of experience helping organizations systemically improve as a consultant, advisor, board member, and coach. These experiences, paired with both business and law degrees, have given her a very holistic view of business and allows her to pull from a wealth of tools and perspectives to aid her clients in their journey.
Ann grew up in an entrepreneurial family—it was brutal work but not financially rewarding—so she committed to doing things differently. Later, when Ann and her husband took over the family business, she juggled multiple hats—HR, legal, operations—and the company was “hitting the ceiling” and needed to make some changes. Knowing first-hand how a poorly run business can break a family, Ann wanted something better. Within two years of implementing EOS, the toxic culture was turned around, discipline and accountability existed throughout the business, and a strong leadership team was formed and aligned towards a clear vision. This allowed Ann to pursue her passion of empowering entrepreneurs. Now, Ann trains, coaches, and facilitates businesses to implement EOS and 3VQ, combining proven business principles with practical, real-world tools to accelerate growth, drive meaningful outcomes, improve organizational health, and create high-performance organizations.
Whether she’s in a client session, giving a keynote, or facilitating a workshop, Ann brings an incredible amount of energy and real-world experience. For Ann, this isn’t just a job; it’s an obsession. She believes so deeply in the transformational power of EOS & 3VQ that she even uses them to run her family!

While she enjoyed her time in the corporate training world, what she found was that people were always coming to her for help at a more holistic and deeper level.
Work and our personal lives are not separate. They ebb and flow together. Being in or out of alignment in one or more areas of our life will inevitably impact others.
Once we hit a certain age our life alarm goes off and we awake to discover that we’ve been sleepwalking and just going through the motions. We start to notice that some aspect of our life doesn’t feel good or is off. We can often feel stuck or lost. We start to question who we are and what we really want out of life.
It’s important to know that all of these feelings and questions are normal. While life is beautiful, it’s also chaotic and challenging and we’re juggling so much. The truth is we want to just to be happy, feel connected, and live our best life, which is what it’s all about!
As Ferris Bueller so eloquently states, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
Merilee is here to make sure her clients don’t miss it! It’s her life’s work to help people connect with their happiness and get clear on what they deeply want for themselves, in their relationships, and career. She then gives them the practical and emotional skills to put this into action and make it happen!
3VQ changed Merilee’s life and family at the deepest level. And now she uses it to help others transform their lives, step into their power, and shine as their very best self while on this earth!
